Would stay here again when I visit Armidale. Favourable location close to Armidale, nearby restaurants and shops and the centre of town, it's central. The hotel has the restaurant for dinner.

Honestly no complaints. Exceptionally friendly hotel, the rooms were neat. Location not far from nearby restaurants and the centre of town and magnificent regional gallery. Also, close to food outlets by car. The rooms with comfy bed. With a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Extra care from the wonderful staff.

Quick check-in, comfy and absolutely perfect rooms with bunk beds for the kiddos. Great location, at a medium distance from Top of the Range. Good pool, parking on site.

I had a very nice experience here, everything was great, the location was ideal really close to eating options. The staff was superfriendly and a delicious breakfast was provided. The service was friendly, that made the hotel little place. Besides, there was free parking on site.

Really comfortable experience there. Pet-friendly hotel in a quiet area close enough to eateries, local pubs and eateries, and supermarket. Fantastic and affordable meals. Neat, good sized units provided with a microwave as well and good shower pressure, for instance.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Firstly we were impressed by the friendliness of our Hosts. We were very pleased with the cleaniness , presentation and comfort of our Unit. The motel is handy to shops and is in quite a central position; on the highway yet surprisingly free of loud traffic noise. We would recommend this motel to any of our friends and/or family who might be looking for accommodation in Armidale.

It was simply a stopover on a trip. The room was dated but clean, the bed was comfy, the shower worked, the TV worked, the kettle worked. That was all we asked of it.

Stayed in a queen room room, it was neat with bunk beds, a microwave and a kettle. The location was great and handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an art museum.
